Refund Policy

How refunds work for JanusLabs subscriptions and render credits.

1. Subscriptions

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you'll retain access until then. We don't prorate partial months.

2. Render credits

Top-up credit purchases are final and non-refundable once added to your balance. Unused credits remain available in your account for use on future renders.

Credits are automatically refunded to your balance when a render fails on our infrastructure or with an upstream model provider — you don't need to ask. The failure message will note the refund.

3. Billing errors

If you believe you've been charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge, a charge after cancellation, or an unauthorized use — contact us at support@januslabs.dev within 14 days of the charge. We'll investigate and refund where appropriate.

4. Chargebacks

Please reach out to us before initiating a chargeback. We can usually resolve billing issues directly and faster than the card network can. Accounts with unresolved chargebacks may be suspended pending review.

5. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under your local law, including any right of withdrawal for digital services where applicable.
