1. Who we are
JanusLabs is an independent marketing product. This Privacy Policy applies to the JanusLabs website and app.
2. Information we collect
We only collect what we need to run the product:
- Account data. Your name, email, and profile image from the sign-in provider you use.
- Usage data. Records of how you use the product — which features, how often — so we can keep the service running, bill correctly, and help if you report an issue.
- Your content. The prompts you write, files you upload, and ads you create with JanusLabs.
- Billing data. If you upgrade or buy credits, our payment processor handles the card details directly. We only see basic invoice information (plan, amount, status).
- Operational logs. Standard server logs used to diagnose issues, kept on a short retention window.
3. How we use it
- To provide the product and the features you use.
- To bill you and meet our tax and compliance obligations.
- To investigate abuse or misuse of the service.
- To send important account and service notifications.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not run third-party advertising trackers in the app.
4. Service providers
We use a small number of trusted third-party service providers to operate the product — for hosting, payments, and the AI features that power our tools. Each one is contractually bound to use your data only to deliver the service we've contracted them for.
5. Your content
You grant us a limited license to host and process your content on your behalf — for example, to store your ads or send your messages to the model that drafts them. That license ends when you delete the content or your account.
6. Retention and deletion
We keep your account and content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data and content within 30 days, except where we're legally required to keep records (for example, tax records on invoices).
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email support@januslabs.dev from the address on your account. We'll respond within 30 days.
8. Children
JanusLabs is not directed at children under 16. If we learn we've collected data from someone under 16, we'll delete it.
9. Changes
If we make material changes to this Policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and notify active users by email.
